Meeting outline:
We went through the days which suited us for the expedition training and the actual expedition. These days will have to be confirmed by Colin, but the real expedition would be around 1-3 July. The expedition consists of 2 days.
We also discussed what the expedition would be, and this turned out to be just the walking expedition in the Mourne Mountains. Although some people wanted canoeing and some cycling.
Colin then informed us about a DofE leader's meeting at Cotsworld. He wanted us to come along to this meeting so that he can show us some of the expedition equipment. A total around £200 minimum was needed if we were to do the expedition. We talked about if it was possible to use the funding with MYNI from BIC to help us with this, but this will need to be discussed in the MYNI committee.
Finally, Colin went through everyone's progress individually with the skills, volunteering, and physical activities they were doing.
